It would affirm equal protection for unborn human life under Nebraska law.

What it does not do

It does not criminalize miscarriage or prohibit life-saving medical care. Life saving medical treatments such as ectopic pregnancy remediation is not abortion. These continue with the intent to avoid abortion and save as many lives as possible.
